What to tell us
You do not need to know the name of the product you want. A few plain details are enough for us to start:
- which room you would like more light in, and what you use it for
- whether you want a new rooflight or a replacement for an old one
- the kind of roof above it, if you know: pitched with tiles or slates, or flat
- your postcode, so we can confirm you are within our area
- any times that suit you for a visit

What the survey involves
We come to your home at a time that suits you. We look at the roof from outside and from the loft where we can get into it, and we look at the room below. We measure up, check the rafters and the roof covering, and think about how the work will be reached. We also ask how you live in the house, because who is at home and which rooms need to stay usable shape the plan for the fit.

What the written quote includes
After the survey you receive a written quote, set out line by line: the product, access, structural work, weathering, inside finishing and Building Control where the work is notifiable. Floor protection, the roof made safe every night, waste removal and the handover walk-through are all included, not added later. With the quote comes a plan for each day of the fit. No pressure
The survey and quote are free, and there is no obligation. We will not chase you or push you to decide on the day. If you want to compare our quote with others, please do: it is set out clearly so that comparing is easy. When you are ready, tell us, and we will agree dates that suit your household.
